2014 is here! As we enter the new year I'm wishing my online friends the blessing of good health.
Here are some reminders (suggestions for your new year resolutions list) in order of importance: Exercise regularly, eat healthy (reduce saturated fat and sugars while increasing fruits and vegetables), take your supplements (particularly Omega-3/fish oil for brain and body health), remove yourself from stress if at all possible (do whatever it takes to change stressful situations) and get adequate sleep each night. If you follow these 5 simple rules you'll be well on your way to good health.
